The installation depth of the glass frame is increased by up to 16 cm to each existing standard depth of a fireplace inserts. The frame should not be statically loaded. Dimensions: customized to the fireplace-insert.

Process

1. Starting of system through manual remote control, wallswitch, or external signal (timer, twilight switch, motion sensor,i-bus, etc.).
2. Automatic opening of combustion air and exhaust air damperuntil limit switch contact is triggered (control unit).
3. Subsequent start of the chimney fan until flow monitor registersthe outward air flow and removal of the exhaust gasesis therefore ensured (control unit).
4. Subsequent ignition of pilot gas light in the gas burner by electricspark and measurement of continuous flame and combustionair quality (Oxypilot).
5. Subsequent start of the gas burner by though automatic openingof the main gas supply to the burner (Oxypilot).

Fan-Flex-Flue

Fan-assisted exhaust system for flexible installation of the exhaust and combustion air pipe. The pipes can be routed flexibly, in the floor, on ceilings, on walls, etc. An exhaust fan supported by various safety devices (flow switch, speed control, etc.) guarantees the optimum flue draft and secure removal of exhaust gases.
